The official remix of ‘Say Cheese’ by Ghanaian artiste, Kidi has debuted on Billboard Top Triller Global chart.

Featuring Grammy winning songwriter and producer, Teddy Riley, the song made its debut on the chart at number 15.

The chart is a partnership between American media brand, Billboard and Triller, a social media video app featuring user-generated videos set to music.

It highlights the biggest songs on the app based on a formula blending the amount of views of videos containing respective songs, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song.

Data for the charts is represented on a Friday-Thursday tracking week.

The original song made its debut on UK’s Afrobeats Chart Top 20 at number 15 in July 2020.

Initiated by Afro Nation, and compiled by the Official Charts Company, the chart highlights the top 20 songs of the genre within a particular week in the UK.

It is based on “UK sales and streaming data from over 9,000 outlets, incorporating audio and video streams, downloads and physical sales” and published on Sundays.

“Big honour for me to be part of the biggest movement in music right now…..The Official UK Afrobeats Chart. It’s for Us, by Us and of Us,” stated Kidi.
