Stormzy’s Heavy Is The Head’ has been shortlisted at the 2020 Mercury Prize.

The Mercury Prize is an annual music prize awarded for the best album released in the United Kingdom by a British or Irish act since 1992.

A panel of music industry experts, artists and radio presenters work on the shortlist. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, September 10 at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith.

‘Heavy Is the Head’ is Stormzy’s second studio album.

It was released on December 13, 2019 through #Merky Records and Atlantic Records UK, and features collaborations with Burna Boy, H.E.R. and Ed Sheeran.
