Ghanaian-UK act, Fuse ODG has now sold over five million singles worldwide. His music has also been streamed over one billion times. The artist achieved this milestone a few weeks after the release of his Road to Accra EP, which he published in commemoration of the “Year of Return’ initiative announced by Ghana’s government.
The “Azonto” man, born Born Nana Richard Abiona, took to social media to express his elation at the feat. The post also saw him welcome new challenges:

In related news, the musician has announced a new collaboration with Ed Sheran (with whom he partnered on music which resulted in a Grammy award in 2018) for a new single christened “Lazy Day.” That number premiered yesterday, November 28 on BBC1 Xtra.
Winner of multiple awards, Fuse ODG has, over the years, performed to millions of patrons worldwide, and collaborated with top stars including Wyclef Jean, Elephant Man, Sarkodie, Sean Paul, Shatta Wale, and Major Lazer. He is also curator of the annual TINA Festival, the first of which was held in January this year.
