M.anifest’s 2019 EP, The Gamble, has arrived.
The feverishly anticipated 7-tracker was heralded by the singles “Big Mad,” and “Tomorrow.” They feature Nigeria’s Simi and Burna Boy respectively.
Ahead of the publishing of the project, which went live at midnight, a listening party was held for selected industry tastemakers and fans yesterday, November 29, at the Urban Grill restaurant in Accra.
The Gamble, which spans 24 minutes and chiefly explores the dynamics and “risks we take in life and love” also enlists Bayku, Worlasi, Kojey Radikal, Moelogo, and B4bonah in guest vocalist roles.
A multihyphenate, multiple-award-winning creative, the artist, born Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, is readying to host Manifestivities 2019, the highly-patronised music expo in December. Slated for the Bukom Boxing Arena, the festival looks to retain its repute as the most memorable end-of-year music experience.
