Darkovibes and KiDi have syncronised efforts on a prayerful new single, “Bless Me.”
The duo, in the top tier of young Ghanaian hitmakers, perform creditably on Willis Beatz’s breezy production, complementing each other sonically, and falling on nostalgic Gospel refrains that facilitate recall.
That the song turns out flavoursome isn’t necessarily surprising. Outputs by both singers in recent years have proven them as hardwired for the hit Pop song. It also comes off the heels of Darkovibes’ recent collaboration with ace chanteuse, Efya.
When he’s not churning out solo hits, Darkovibes offers vocal contribution to new wave collective, La Meme Gang. On his part, KiDi, who recently released his debut album, is among franchise acts at the Richie Mensah-led Lynx Entertainment imprint.
