Rappers Strongman and MEDiKAL, who have, because of their music feud over the weekend, become the most talked about across Ghana’s showbiz spectrum, seem to have ended the row with new musical offerings.

The music announcements are a not-so-surprising move by both acts to capitalize on the notoriety their beef has generated, especially across social media. MEDiKAL’s record, titled “Drip,” features Kofi Mole and Joey B, whereas Strongman’s song, titled “Ups and Downs” guests M.anifest who, because of a line in his verse, seems to have inherited the feud from Strongman.

On Twiter, reacting to M.aniest’s appearance on “Ups and Downs,” MEDiKAL has aimed invectives at M.anifest, saying: ““Shw3 panyin toto nonso, 2 galamsey hitless rappers, your abochi wey never get one million views sef on youtube too wan talk some, fella ein ‘my body is doing me something’ alone sef blow pass am. Drip drip drip drip, let’s make some money joooo.”

Formerly signed to Sarkodie’s SarkCess Music, Strongman is also author of multiple hit singles, and the STN EP. On his part, MEDiKAL, currently Ghana’s foremost rapper per the 2019 VGMAs is signed with AMG Movement, author of a number of singles and bodies of work, and due to release a new album in coming weeks.
