Burna Boy, Davido, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Wizkid, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, La Meme Gang,  Naira Marley, Not3s, Teni, The Composers, Wendi Shay, Yemi Alade, Yxng Bane, Alkaline are among musicians who will mount this year’s Afro Nation Festival, slated for Ghana’s capital December 27 to 30.

The 4-day marathon, which is the first edition in Africa, is expected to draw nearly 20, 000 patrons. The Laboma Beach Resort has been announced as hosting grounds.

On turntable duty will be Ghana’s DJ Vyrusky, Nigeria’s DJ Obi, and South African duo, Destruction Boyz.

While Afrobeats will be heavily represented over the period, the event will also cater to other genres, including hip hop, r&b, dancehall and bashment, per Afro Nation’s official website, a decision which is in line with the establishment’s ethos.

This year, the Europe leg of the festival is headlined by  King Promise, Femi Kuti, Davido, WizKid, Burna Boy, Busy Signal, Octavian among others.
