Here are fresh visuals off Kwesi Arthur’s Live From Nkrumah Krom II project.
The clip accompanies “Nobody’ a Mr Eazi-assisted love song, and features broadcaster and socialite Efia Odo as vixen. It was directed by Yaw Skyface.
“Nobody” was produced by MOG, and is a tender exploration of affection gone stale, and a painful longing for the joys of the infatuation stage of affection.
Before “Noobody”, Arthur and Mr. Eazi collaborated on the ;atter’s “Pilolo.” An ardent supporter of Arthur’s work, Mr. Eazi reportedly funded the video of Arthur’s “Woara,”
Since breaking out with”Grind Day,” his explosive hip-hop number, Arthur has not looked back, maintaining consistent viral status.
A BET nominee, Arthur is author of “Live From Nkrumah Krom”—the 5-track debut EP that garnered him his cult following and a taste of the mainstream. He’s also 2018 winner of the VGMA Hiphop Song of the Year category. Other recent singles from him are “African Girl” featuring Shatta Wale, “Porpi,” and “One Stone”.
Arthur describes his new album– a 9-track piece as a “fusion of melodious hip-hop and experimental Afrobeats.” The project also guests Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Santi.
