New school Ghanaian artistes, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, King Promise, AMG Medikal and award-winning trio R2bees made up of Omar Sterling (Paedae), Muggez and Killbeatz, Darko Vibez, DJ Vyrusky were the toast of the over 2000 patrons who throng into the Playstation Theatre in New York for the maiden edition of the Afrobeats to The World, Nineteen 57 Concert.

Organized by Inside LLC, Safacom group and E-Litt Group, the aim of the concert according to the CEO of Inside LLC Nana Gyimah & COO, Kristin Nimoh was to project Afrobeats from Ghana in the American music scenes.

” After realizing the lack of Ghanaian artist present in the Afrobeats scene in America, we decided that we would put together a concert that would be the first of its kind. we hoped to not only highlight the Ghanaian music industry in America but to also display Afrobeats to the World. With this idea in mind, we birthed the Afrobeats to The World, Nineteen 57 Concert. ” they said.

” Each artist put on a memorable performance that the crowd would never forget, proving that Afrobeats is here to stay ” They added.

The event according to the organisers will be an annual event after the success of the maiden edition.
