Kofi Kinaata, the prolific rapper/ singer/songwriter and Takoradi-native partners Shatta Wale on his latest highlife spiel, which sees him navigate the poverty question.

Produced by Kindee, the record (titled “Never Again”) is not only enriched by the common sense message encouraging diligence and hard work, but also, jazzy horns, and unforgettable feel-good string sections.

The record is the first 2019 offering from Kinaata, who is not unknown to constant mainstream accomplishment. It also arrives as his maiden collaboration with the controversial dancehall act.

Kinaata is head huncho of Team Move, his independent imprint, and recipient of a gamut of laurels, including multiple VGMA “Songwriter of the Year” awards.
