Production has begun on Africa’s first truly global lifestyle and property expo show ‘Living The Dream Africa Live’ (LTDAL). The brand’s creator and executive producer of the TV show ‘Living the Dream Africa’, Paul Samuels has teamed up with events company ‘Cellar Door’, Mark Sarfo-Kantanka to create ‘Living The Dream Africa Live’. This lifestyle expo offers consumers, developers, expats, financial investors and professionals, from all walks of life, top expert advice on the evolving African property market, showcasing new market innovations on the continent. ‘Living The Dream Africa – Live’ (“LTDAL”) is designed to walk you through all the stages of buying a home and relocating to the continent, bringing you one step closer to ‘Living The Dream in Africa’.
According to official reports and figures available, women are playing an increasingly crucial role in the property market. Statistics show single women in Africa making up an estimated 10.3% of buyers‚ while single male buyers top out at 7.0%. More often women (in particular Africans) want to invest their money wisely and they want to do so by building up a wealth portfolio including investment property and, in some instances, diversifying their property by investing in different types, sizes and property locations.
With its ample numbers of experts, LTDAL will encourage all women to consider property as an investment. 2019 marks the year where campaigns for a greater wage parity will result in more disposable income available and consequently a greater numbers of women will be able to invest in residential property across the Continent.
2019 is the LTDAL year of female empowerment; to complement this, LTDAL will be using the platform to celebrate some amazing woman making major power moves in or around the continent. To echo this sentiment, we LTDAL will be launching with the event announcement on March 8th ‘International Woman’s Day’.
Africa’s entrepreneurs, governments and brand builders are creating a growing global appetite for luxury and lifestyle in on the Continent through innovation, eco-friendly and sustainable products, smart design homes and services that put Africa on the global map.
Paul Samuels, Founder of LTDAL says “I’m not saying a show like this hasn’t been done before, however, what makes this expo and moment quite remarkable is how Africans in Africa and across the Diaspora are leading the narrative providing guidance to all on the best lifestyle the Continent can offer and reaching global audience when doing so”
LTDAL is scheduled to take place this September (2019) with registration now open. For more information, visit the website. Be part of the new wave of pioneers ready to live the full African life and invest in the best that life can offer.
