Stephanie Adenyo, the burgeoning Ghanaian Gospel singer who ministers under the stage name Selawe, announces a new song today, February 28. It is christened “Show Me How,” and comes off the heels of her moving cover of veteran Cindy Thompson’s “Kyere Me.”

Highly-anticipated, the worship ballad, pillared on Psalm 25: 4-5, is the second offering from #TheJourneyProject, which consists original songs, medleys and covers by the inspirational chanteuse. That specific body of work arrives as precursor to her maiden album, also due soon.

Recorded at the Ona Studios in Tema, “Show Me How”, according to Selawe, evolved  from a “desire to reciprocate the love of God experienced through the gift of salvation.”

“In this day when young people, especially Christians are in dire need of guidance and direction, it is important that the Christian community provides same. It should come in sermons, literature but also most importantly through music,” the minister further submits.

“Show Me How” is steered on powerful piano, a captivating vocal range, and soul-stirring prayerful lyrics.

Selawe first broke into the industry in 2011, when she issued her debut song, “Only He Knows.” Since then, the act has grown a steady following. She’s an evangelist of the gospel, alumnus of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and currently pursuing a Masters Degree.
