Afropop and World music chanteuse, Lamisi, widely-known for “Tanka Fanka,” issues an impressive follow-up in “The Way You Control.”

The release is prelude to her album “Brighter Side,” which discusses love,staying true to one’s self, motivation and positivity.

The accompanying visual clip to the record, and other tunes off the album are due for release in coming weeks.

Lamisi is billed to perform at Joy FM’s “Open Mic,” scheduled for the +233 Jazz Bar & Grill on January 25.
