YFM Kumasi has lost three of its top-notch presenters cum disc jockeys to newly-established Pure 95.7 FM (also in Kumasi), Enews can confirm.

The trio; DJ Slim, Koo Seebor, and DJ Aroma were poached to beef up the already existing team led by veteran broadcaster Kwame Adinkra.

Enews can also confirm that DJ Slim will host the station’s drive time with his sidekick Koo Sebor, whilst DJ Aroma will host the after drive show.

Pure FM  is set to cater to both English and Twi-speaking audiences; serving programmes across politics, sports, business, entertainment, motivation among others. The station is located around the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The station started test transmitting Friday night and currently broadcasts to the metropolis and its environs.

Pure FM is run by the Angel Group of Companies, owned by Dr Kwaku Oteng. The group also operates Kumasi-based Angel FM, Angel TV in Accra, as well as Obuasi-based O FM.
