That lanky mellow rappers Pappy Kojo and Joey B haven’t published a joint album yet still remains a mystery. Because, at this point, collaborations between them have come to be expected. Together, they have been responsible for inflammable joints, including “Wave,” “NewLords,” “Greetings From Abroad,” “Wow,” and “Makoma.”
Weeks after appearing on Joey B’s new single, the dreadlocked Adonis kicks off 2019 by recruiting the “Tonga” man on the hip-hop joint “Balance.”
Produced by Nova, the record also features Azonto-pioneering producer, Nshorna. Accompanying visuals, which sees a cameo appearance by La Meme Gang’s $pacely, were masterminded by Mattia Biancardi & T. Sangari of Creátures.
Born Jason Gaisie, Kojo, 29, is also known for the songs “Awo’a,” “Van Damme,” “Ay3 Late” etc.
