Singer Becca (Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong), famed for songs as “You Lied to Me”, “African Woman” , and “No Away”, as well as her association with top African acts including MI Abaga, Hugh Masekela, 2Baba, Patoranking, Mr Eazi, and Uhuru, tied the knot with Nigerian partner, Oluwatobi Sanni-Daniels on August 18.
The pair reportedly courted for three years, and said “I do” in Ghana’s capital, in the company of close family, friends, and celebrity acquaintances as Joselyn Dumas, Jackie Appiah, Sandra Ankobiah, Yvonne Nelson among others.
Signed to Zylofon Music, Becca, 34, is author of three albums, and recipient of multiple high-profile awards in Ghana and across the continent. On his part, Dr. Sanni-Daniels, a chartered economist and a renowned music executive, is acclaimed for rendering managerial duties for DJ Spinall, Ice Prince, and footballer Elderson Echiejile.
