After much anticipation, Wame, the recent joint that Ghana’s Stonebwoy, and S.A -born rapper Cassper Nyovest reunited on, has been published.

A catchy mid-tempo jam, the song sees the African giants blend masterfully, their respective influences: Afro- dancehall and hiphop. A constant theme in pop from these parts, the song is themed around love and the African woman’s contours.

While in Ghana weeks ago, Cassper named the Ghanaian dancehall icon as his favourite performer in the genre. It was therefore unsurprising that the two met up to record new music. This is their second time the musicians are collaborating on music –the first being Fever (2015).
