Broadcaster Berla Mundi and famed actor, Jon Dumelo, will compere the 19th Ghana Music Awards. Slated for the Accra International Conference Centre this Saturday, April 14, the scheme seeks to honour deserving Ghanaian music acts who have distinguished themselves in the year under review.

While this is the pair’s first time hosting the main event, both are not unaccustomed to the big stage, and organisers are confident that this will prove an amazing partnership come Saturday night.

TV3’s Johny Hughes, and Citi TV’s AJ Sarpong, will be in charge of the red carpet session.

Sponsored by telecom giant Vodafone, this years edition of the scheme comes off under the theme “Music Beyond Borders”. It is put together by Charterhouse Productions.

Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, the late Ebony, rapper Sarkodie, and current holder, Joe Mettle, are all up for the coveted Artist of the Year Prize.
