Dancehall songstress Ebony Reign (Priscilla Opoku – Kwarteng) would have turned 21 today, February 16, had she not been involved in that Gory accident on the Kumasi – Sunyani road a week ago.
Female colleagues Adina, MzVee, Efya, Freda Rhymz, eShun, Feli Nuna, and Adomaa render a touching tribute to her in a tune titled “Nana Hema”.
Produced by LYNX Entertainment’s Richie Mensah, the project is put together by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, The Musicians Union of Ghana(MUSIGA) and The Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO).
Ebony met her untimely death on Thursday February 8, when the jeep she was traveling in, slammed into an oncoming VIP bus. The accident, which happened on the Kumasi – Sunyani road, also led to the death of a military officer identified as Francis Atsu Vondee and a female acquaintance identified only as Frankie, who were also onboard the Jeep.
