Dancehall star Charles Nii Armah Mensah (Shatta Wale) has paid a courtesy call on Nana Akufo Addo following the president’s invitation via microblogging site Twitter.

The invitation/ birthday wish to the Kakai man, written in pidgin, immediately went viral when it was posted on October 17, with many enthralled by the president’s diction.

The visit, which took place on Wednesday November 1, saw Shatta Wale present Nana Addo with the Key to the City of Worcester (US) awarded him back in July. The meeting also saw the “Dancehall King” pitch a few ideas to the president regarding Ghana’s creative arts industry.
