Her 2012 anthem Uncle Obama (a song about wanting to give one Mr Obama’s banana to her monkey) won her international acclaim, and an appearance on CNN.

Sister of controversial rapper Wanlov, Deborah Vanessa is also regularly involved in broadcasting, modelling, academia and graphic design.
