Compered by popular Nigerian comedian AY and Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, the third edition of the Golden Movie Awards came off in a glamorous ceremony at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra over the weekend.

It was preceded by a red carpet session which was graced by celebrities across the continent, including  Ayo Makun, O.C Ukeye, Nadia Buari, Lydia Forson, Toosweet Annan, Fred Amugi, Ekow Smith Asante, Benedicta Gafah and a host of others.

Awardees on the night include AY, Kalsum Sinari, Roselyn Ngissah, Kobby Rana, Emma Sinai, etc.

Another highlight on the night was dancehall singer Ebony’s sultry performance of her popular songs Sponsor and Poison.
