The reigning Miss Africa, and 1st Runner Up at this year’s Miss United Nations event, Rebecca Asamoah, has arrived in Ghana.
She was met on arrival by her family and some friends and colleagues.
A brief press interaction session was held for her, at which she addressed the gathering. Flanked by Miss Tourism 2017, and Face of the Nation 2017, she expressed her appreciation for the enormous support she received from the Ghanaian people throughout the competition.
She also pledged to use her new role to help the aged, and under privileged in Africa.
“I’m going to embark on a project under education, health and environment…i believe this project is a collective responsibility and I can’t do everything on my own but I believe with support from Corporate organisations I can achieve my aim of helping the under privileged.”
