Kenyan Afro-pop band Sauti Sol seem to have caught on to the vibe of Ghanaian singer Worlasi (with whom they are housemates at Coke Studio Africa 2017).

In the images below shows band member and guitarist Bien-Aimé Baraza sporting merchandise by the “Nukata” singer – a beautiful white t-shirt with the peculiar “W” which is the logo of Worlasi’s fanbase “Worlarmy”. The gesture is both one of  solidarity for music from Ghana, as it is a remarkable endorsement from the  Live and Die in Africa stars (who are recipients of several international honours).

Worlasi is author of two mixtapes: NUSE and UNCUT.  He has been associated with some of the country’s most influential acts,  and gotten rave reviews on such platforms as MTV and BBC.

Joey B, Bisa KDei,  and producers Killbeatz and Masta Garzy constitute the rest of Ghana’s contingent in the house. This year,  the hosts American R&B star Jason Derulo as special guest.
