The latest video from veteran Ghanaian rapper X – Doe features contemporary highlife head Kumi Guitar.

Directed by Joe Cedi, it stars another showbiz legend: actor Kofi Adjorlolo. Ankaa (as the song is titled) is translates as “orange” in Twi, and was produced by music doyen Zapp Mallet.

X -Doe was born Richard Kwasi Siaw Afrofi, and contributed on colleague Chicago’s 1996 classic  “Daavi Mede Kuku”.  He’s also author of Maba, the perceived diss track to hiply grandpapa Reggie Rockstone, Yebre,  Gogo Wo Ho, Comfort, Good One There, and many others.
