Two of the most controversial acts Ghana’s music industry has ever seen: Shatta Wale and mad man Kwaw Kesse have collaborated on a record. The song, instantly destined for radio and street prominence, is titled “Allo“.

Produced by Willis Beats, the track sees both acts render scenarios that expose the pretentious lives of some people. In local speak, “allo” suggests “fake”. It is aptly captured in the catchy hook. “You see your life oh, allo…”, it goes.
