Dancehall singer Livingstone Satekla ( more popularly known as Stonebwoy) has recorded a song with Jamaican singer Vanessa Bling. The pair reportedly hit the studios on Friday, March 17.

Recorded by Robert Livingston in Big Yard Studios, the song is expected to be officially released in coming weeks. Livingstone is very much revered in reggae/dancehall circles as he has worked with an endless list of top-class musicians including Shaggy, Gramps Morgan, Elephant Man, Sean Paul, Etana, Busy Signal, and Christopher Martin.

Recently rebranding from Gaza Slim, Vanessa Bling has been associated with veteran singer Vybz Kartel, and, as blogger Elorm Beenie reports, is thrilled to have worked with her Ghanaian counterpart.

A BET laureate, Stonebwoy looks to win Artist of the Year at next month’s edition of the Vodafone-sponsored Ghana Music Awards. Should it happen, it will be his second time picking up that coveted prize. He is also set to release his fourth album Epistles of Mama later this year .
