Nominations are being announced for various categories for this year’s edition of the annual VGMAs.

Among the most anticipated categories is that off of  Best New Act.  Connoisseurs assert that  this year,  the category has generated more traction than perhaps even the coveted Artist of the Year honor due to how much effort emerging acts have put in their craft in the year under review.
