Since December 2015, singer Wisa Greid ( born Eugene Ashe) has been facing a legal battle for allegedly exposing his penis during his performance at Citi FM’s Decemba 2 Rememba Concert.

The drawn-out tussle is likely to drag on even further as the case has been adjourned to February  24 because the judge at the Accra Circuit Court where the case is being heard, is indisposed.

The Ekiiki Mi hitmaker has denied the charge of gross indecent exposure in spite of the prosecutor’s claim to have alerted the Accra Regional Police over a nude video posted on the internet by an unknown source, in which Wisa appears to be intentionally showing his  penis.

He is currently on a GH₡ 8,000.00 with one surety.
