Sarkodie prepares to release his fifth solo album The Highest in coming months, and though it is already highly anticipated, he wastes no time to moisten the ground more before unveiling the record proper.

Trumpet, Just in Case, and Kokooko have all been released as path-clearing singles, and the BET laureate (born Michael Owusu Addo) has released his latest: Painkiller, featuring Runtown of Mad Over You fame.

The song, produced by Nigerian music producer Tspize is accompanied by a video which premiered days ago on MTV Base Africa. The video was shot on location in Aburi in Eastern Ghana, by GYO Gyimah of Phamous Philms.
