Final funeral rites for Ghanaian actress Gifty Temeng were came off  over the weekend.

Held at the Tema Community 8 Methodist Park, the scene was one of sobriety and reflection as industry colleagues Kalsum Sinare, Sarkodie, Kofi Adjorlolo, Akorfa Edjeani Asiedu, Fred Amugi, Dan Tei-Mensah, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, Alexander Chima Cyprian, Adwoa P, and Roger Quartey all were present to show their final respect to the veteran actress .

Aged 56, Gifty Temeng passed last month at the 37 Military Hospital while receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.

Serving the industry for over 30 years, she’s famous for such movies as “Bitter Blessing, “Ties That Bind” and “Will.”
