Premiering on January 29, Nicole Amarteifio’s  The Republic series follows political fixer Amerley Oquaye Mitchell (played by Joselyn Dumas), as she, in the company of an astute team to solve a landmark case.

Other cast members include Maame Adjei, Jasmine Baroudi, Briggitte Appiah, Mawuli Gavor, Andrew Adote, Ewvdzi Yamoah, Prince Amatey and Reks Brobby.

Nicole Amarteifio, because of her groundbreaking strides in the modern TV space, has been likened to accomplished American director Shonda Rhimes of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal among others. The pilot episode debuts on VHX.
