Fans of Nigerian-born Afrobeat singer Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade aka Mr Eazi will (after several false starts) finally get to sample his much-anticipated mixtape Accra to Lagos.
He announced via Twitter that the project will be on all online platforms on February 11. He’s currently touring selected cities in Nigeria for listening and bidding sessions for the work:
The Mixtape will be available 11th Feb on Spotify, pandora, iTunes, Deezer, youtube, amazon, etc!! #ACcraToLagos ??

He also reveals in an interview last year, that the project will also see contribution from top Ghanaian and international acts including Olamide, Phyno, Medikal and DJ Cuppy with production from Del B, Yung Jon, Guiltybeats, Masterkraft and Adey.
Mr Eazi has over the past couple of days, come under severe backlash for pointing out Ghanaian influences in Nigerian music today, but he seems ready to put the episode behind him and focus on the music.
Songs like Skin Tight, Dance For Me, and Bankulize, because of their wide success, have catapulted the 25-year old to international fame, signing with Wizkid’s StarBoy Worldwide, sharing a stage With Lauryn Hill, appearances on Tim Westwood TV, headlining concerts at prime avenues as the Indigo O2, among other feats.
