Singer Philipa Baafi of Go High fame has announced her latest album Jesus Sweet Me Koolem.

Known for many other commercially successful projects including I Go Dance, Yesu Ye Me Last Stop, and Dee Eba Wonsem Afe Yi, the singer, since 1999 has become a strong voice in the gospel music terrain.

Songs on the album include Mede Be Ma Wo(ft. Fred Oware Jnr), Awurade Nim Ne Mma, Pampee and Medi Yie. and is based on an overall theme of a miraculous Jesus during trying times.

Born in Kumasi in 1980, her interest for singing started at the Bantama Methodist Church in Kumasi. She’s alumnus of  St. Monica’s Secondary School (Asante Mampong), FC Institute of Beauty Therapy, and a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Cologne, Germany.
