Labadi-based Wisa Greid was in the news exactly a year ago for allegedly pulling out his manhood at Citi FM’s Decemba 2 Rememba concert.
It is widely believed that the scandalous gesture coat him a return unto that stage this year. Hoping to put the whole scenario behind him, he took to Sarkodie’s ongoing Rapperholic Concert at the Accra International Conference to deliver an energetic performance of his songs including Ekiiki Me, Slow Motion, Mints Bo, and One Side.
The show has already seen very good performances from Ras Kuuku, 2 Fingers, Article Wan, Nii Funny, CJ Biggerman, A.I, Joey B, Guru, Bisa KDei, and Tema-based disc jokey K Krack.
Rapperholic is also the name of Sarkodie (born Michael Owusu Addo)’s sophomore album, and he’s reportedly finalizing work on his fifth solo album “The Highest”, which comes out early next year.
Recipient of several local and international awards including the prestigious BET Best International Act: Africa in 2012, Sarkodie has released Makye (2009), Rapperholic (2012), Sarkology (2014), Mary (2015), as well as the joint album TMG with producer Jayso in 2013.
