Hip-hop Artiste Lil Shaker says he is not competiting with EL for music attention.

He disclosed this in an interview with Antoine Mensah on his Lifestyle Cafe show on Live 91.9 FM. He told the host: “For me, when I’m being creative or when I’m producing or writing, I don’t think about beating the next person or who ever is on my label. That’s how I get more creative, but when I’m done recording I listen and I’m like wow. ”

Responding to assertions that his record label doesn’t promote him and the other guys with exception of EL he said, ” I believe when should push each other to get there…. they do their part and I also play my part to make sure that dreams becomes a reality. I can’t leave my career for one person to push it. It’s a collective effort ”

Lil Shaker’s new single Falaa is gradually making waves on some radio channels. Lil shaker is signed to BBNZ Live, the same label which manages VGMA Artiste of the year, EL , Kojo Cue, TV Personality Sika Osei and producer DJ Juls.
