After a successful launch of his Bar 3 album, rapper EL on Saturday started his Bar 3 campus tour to perform songs off the album on a good note.

The event, put together by  Echo House Ghana Limited (organisers of the annual Tidal Rave)  also saw performances from Kojo Cue, Lil Shaker ,Starr FM’s DJ Vyrusky and was hosted by Mc Kojo Manuel.

The reigning VGMA Artiste of the year is expected to reciprocate this concert in the coming weeks at both Knust and the University of Ghana Legon.

Usually a mixtape, rapper EL’s BAR project takes a different turn this year. BAR III, he announced recently, is a full-fledged album.

The album, entirely hip-hop, has been preceded by masterful singles as Body Bags, Love God, Portey Dey Be,and Lalafama. It brings together an international array of A-list acts including MI, Khuli Chana, Adoma, Stargo, Teephlow, Gemini, Joey B, Medikal, Ayat and Worlasi.

Born Elorm Adabla, EL is president of BBnZ Live, the record label on which he is signed. The label is also home to other music forces as Kojo-Cue, and Shaker. He has two studio albums and five mixtapes to his credit.
