Ghanaian act Shatta Wale Friday evening pulled off a successful show at the Indigi 02 in London with a concert being touted by handlers as ‘huge’.
Patronized by over 2000 people, the concert sold out completely, cementing Wale’s commercial straightness.
Dubbed Shatta Wale Live In London, the concert was put together Akwaaba UK, a member of The Akwaaba Group (TAG).
Wale performed songs from his ‘After The Storm’ album as well as old and recent material.
The self-proclaimed African Dancehall kind staged more than an hour of back to back songs that were at some point taken over by the crowd, who responded to Wale’s CTA as though it’s rehearsed.
