Spoken word Artist Nana Asaase and Sobolo star Six Strings will perform at Glitter Edutainment’s Classics and Comedy event which comes off August 13 at the Conference Center, Accra.

Performers ID James Brown, Addaquay, Shakes, the Glorious Philharmonic Choir, as well as the Grace Chorale International have all been billed to perform on the night which is an impressive mix of comedy, poetry and music.
Organisers say the event, a novelty in Ghana, couldn’t come at a better time, especially with the growing significance of Ghanaian spoken word and comedy, and have promised patrons superior entertainment and “great memories” come Saturday night;
“Classics and Comedy Seeks to offer acts on the bill the medium to meet the right market audience which is a fusion of classical music lovers, spoken word fanatics, comedy lovers and acoustic music followers under one roof”
Glitter Edutainment is also known for putting up such corporate events as Power Up Empowerment Seminar, Corporate Weekend Soccer, and Mobamania Soccer Tourney. Among media partners for the event are GTV, EIB Network’s GhOne TV, Live FM and StarrFM, as well as Joy News and Joy Prime. Limited tickets are still on sale.
