Tigo staff kicked off this year’s Joy FM Old Skuuls Reunion with an internal launch last week Friday grand event slated for Saturday, 10th October, 2015 at the Independence Square in Accra.

The event broadcast live on Joy FM’s Drive Time from the company’s head office in Accra saw some members of staff representing their Senior High Schools, with school anthems, the sharp brain contest and jama song.

The event also witnessed an exciting performance by the Zulu jama group from Accra Polytechnic.

Tigo, the headline sponsor for Old Skuuls Reunion for second consecutive time has promised to take event to another level.

Activities lined up for Saturday include gari soakings eating competition, sporting activities, dance and rap contests among others. There will also be a special Tigo #YouForKnow concert featuring Tinny, Kwaw Kese, EL, Bisa Kdei and Kwamz and Flava.

Thousands of Ghanaians are expected to participate in the annual event that has been running since 1999.

The event organised by Accra-based radio station JOY FM aims to bring together old students of various Senior High schools in Ghana to relive their school days.

Ahead of Saturday’s event, various schools had been giving a taste of what to expect in a studio appearances on Joy FM.
