Muslims across the country have celebrated this year’s Eid al-Adha celebrations.

Today’s celebrations were marked with general prayers across mosques while a substantial number gathered at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park, and Independence Square centres in Accra, to pray.

A yearly celebration of an important pillar in the Islamic religion, it is honored after the very popular Eid al Fitr.
