Sarkodie returned to the AICC for a show he would hold dear to his heart for many months to come.

It was a night that saw him give off his best, putting to sleep – once again – any argument of his lyrical potency, and whether or not he is still good at what he does.

Ghana had two of its three-member arsenals, Shatta Wale being the other, offer a refreshing competition to their Nigerian counterparts.

And when the Mavins led by Don Jazzy got an opportunity to respond, they did it with such grace and style.

Last night’s Ghana Meets Naija concert lived up to the hype. It was worth all the ticket chase.
