Fenec Otchere, the longtime manager of hip life artiste Kwaw Kese has been shot dead.

Mr. Otchere was shot at his Spintex residence in Accra, sources say.

He is said to have been shot by some unidentified men.

Talking to Citi FM, radio presenter and friend to Mr Otchere, Abeiku Santana said;

“My brother called me this morning that he had a phone call from Fennec’s neighbors that they heard noise from his house around 11.30 pm there about. So this morning, Fennec lives alone in his house, and so they decided to break into the house and they found him in a pool of blood in his bed. It appears there was a struggle.

“I got information from one of his crew and he confirmed to me that robbers burgled his residence weeks ago when he was out of town and took away his gun and television set.

“But he lives alone in the house but I don’t know of any threats on his life and he hasn’t mentioned to me personally that he has been threatened. My brother was with him last night at the Conference Centre while he was there facilitating an event.

“The police are here and Honorable Ursula Owusu is here and a few media colleagues too.”
