Over 200 employees of telecom operator Tigo showed up in locations across the country on Valentine’s Day, to spend time with students at the Akropong School for the Blind and The Dzorwulu Special School; inmates of the Kumasi Prison; the Ghana Blind People’s Union; the Weija Leprosarium and the Maternity units of the Effia-Nkwanta and Komfo Anokye Hospitals.
Tigo donated cash, assorted food items, toiletries and toys to the institutions and the people they serve.
It was a fun day as artistes, Mz.Vee, Kwaw Kesse, Kweci Oteng, Root Eye and TV host DKB ensured everyone was thoroughly entertained. There was a lot to eat, drink and dance to.
