MultiChoice would like to inform our DStv subscribers that after thorough consideration, CANAL + has decided to reshuffle its current three French add-on packages and refocus its strategic efforts on two bouquets.

From April 1, 2015 subscribers will have to select one of two bouquet options that have been rebranded to DStv Frenchand DStv French Plus. The Les Chaines CANAL + (French 4) package will no longer be available from March 31.

These changes include the addition of an exciting new channel, Syfy which features science-fiction, drama, supernatural, fantasy, reality, paranormal, wrestling, and horror programming which will help enrich the add-on packages with more entertainment for the family. The channel will replace the Sport + channel, which will stop airing in Africa on 31 March.

These changes will not only enhance the French add-on products to make them easier for subscribers to navigate but also give subscribers on the lower tier bouquets access to the products. DStv Access and DStv Fácil subscribers will now be able to subscribe to the DStv French bouquet.
