Kwaw Kese’s troubles are far from over as he prepares to return to court on February 5. Ahead of his court date, he is keeping himself busy with some mainstream activities.

He’s released the video for Swedru Agona, a song he put out before his arrest on November 22 in Kumasi, for unlawful narcotics use.

Directed by Lex Mac Carthy, and featuring Obrafour and Tee Phlow, the video barely lives up to expectation. There is something almost weird about it.

The director’s attempts to play into the theme of the song saw him losing it entirely. Failing to make use of many scenes, and rather opting for limited shots, he projects the video in a way that makes it difficult to watch – especially with those stagnant  and repeated dark room scenes.

Obrafour was barely visible; Tee Phlow’s scenes could have been better.
