The EIB Group, which owns STARR 103.5FM in Accra, and a plethora of other Radio Stations and media outlets across the country, is relaunching its rebranded business unit, ULTIMATE 106.9FM in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital, Friday, December 5, 2014.
ULTIMATE 106.9 FM previously ULTIMATE RADIO, since its establishment in 2011, has had massive audience in the Garden City.
As part of the re-branding effort, ULTIMATE 106.9 FM will offer a mix of compelling programmes, good music, live events and entertainment.
In the same drive to continue satisfying the station’s audience, in both Kumasi and beyond, the company’s concepts and direction have been refreshed with a new and carefully crafted market-driven approach to conform to the ever changing radio industry.
ULTIMATE 106.9 FM is being re-positioned to holistically serve the people of the Ashanti Region with content that strike a chord with listeners’ emotional, spiritual and psychological needs.
Apart from delivering compelling content, ULTIMATE 106.9 FM, under the leadership of Klaus Von Bakustein, will inform, educate and entertain listeners.
The station, located in Denyame – a prime area in the Kumasi Metropolis – will also include in its operations, regular outdoor and promotional events to foster interactivity with the audience and community.
The rebranding – which is geared towards making the station the preferred brand in the Ashanti market – has culminated in a comprehensive and appealing package for the region.
