This is reminder to all DStv subscribers with decoder models: DSD 910’s, DSD 933, DSD 990’s and MC DSD, Dual View, who have not yet exchanged their old decoders for new ones that you have till 30th November 2014 to swop out your decoders. SDPVR decoders have up until 28th February 2015. Terms and conditions apply.
Subscribers who fail to exchange their decoders by the 30 November 2014 deadline will experience a loss in their DStv signal. They will also not be entitled to a free exchange and will have to pay for the full retail price of GHC281 for a new standard decoder (box only) in order to continue accessing DStv services.
MultiChoice therefore encourages any affected subscribers to come to our offices and take advantage of the exchange before the deadline expires. Subscribers must be active from 1st Aug – Sept 15th 2014 to qualify for the swop.
