MAURITIUS – Sarkodie is part of a crack core of six African artistes brought together by pay-tv company, Multichoice Africa, for its ‘Africa Rising’ themed campaign song’.
The song, which the company says is part of an upcoming campaign to drum home the many positives of the continent, was formally made public at an event in the Island nation of Mauritius on Tuesday.
All six acts with the exception of Tanzania’s Diamond, made it to the event, which was attended by media personnel from across the continent, and some content owners, providers and marketers.
Africa Rising also features Davido, Tiwa Savage and Loala Rae, all from Nigeria.
