Lyrical Wanzam is accusing duo, Keche, of hijacking his song, ‘For Sheygey Reasons’.

His team sent in the statement below.

“We would like to share this story with you. Lyrical wanzam is an artiste with Cryme Records. His song for sheygey reasons was produced by Kwam1, and featured M.anifest.

The fact is he recorded the song in the last quarter of 2012.

We released the song in 2013 and the video on March 6th, 2013, which has close to 90,000 views. Just this week our attention has been drawn to a hijack of not only my song title but also the hook (chorus) pattern which bares a remarkable resemblance to his version.

The hijackers are popular hiplife duo, Keche.

In fact the song is almost a remix of Lyricalwanzam’s original version. Listen to their song here and you will notice the resemblance.
